Sunday School

At the heart of our Dubai Marthoma Parish lies a cherished tradition — our Sunday Schools.

Established on May 3rd, 1974, with just five students and two dedicated teachers, it has grown immensely by GOD’s abundant grace. Today, they serve as spiritual havens for many students and are supported by a committed team of staff members.

A Community of Faith and Learning

The Dubai Marthoma Sunday School (DMTSS), gathers every Sunday at 10:30 AM in the Jebel Ali Church premises, following the Malayalam service.

Similarly, the Trinity Marthoma Sunday School (TMSS), meets on Saturdays at 10:30 AM ,in Qusais.

Together, these Sunday Schools aim to nurture the spiritual growth of children by immersing them in the Word of GOD and fostering Christian values through engaging and meaningful activities.

Highlights of Our Programs

Vacation Bible School (VBS):
A much-awaited annual event, VBS offers a week filled with enriching learning, excitement, and spiritual awakening. Children joyfully dedicate themselves to the LORD during this transformative experience.

Summer Camps:
Held in July, these camps provide students staying in the UAE during their vacations with opportunities for fellowship, personal growth, and spiritual learning.

Arts Fest:
An annual celebration designed to uncover and nurture the hidden talents of our children. This event provides a platform for them to showcase their gifts for the glory of GOD in a supportive and familiar environment.

 

Graduation Ceremony:
Each year, we celebrate the achievements of our graduating students during a special Worship Service, where certificates are awarded to honor their dedication and growth.

Community Outreach:
Our Sunday Schools extend their mission of service by organizing visits to Mandirams and old-age homes in Kerala, teaching students the value of compassion and serving others.

 

A Legacy of Faith

For nearly five decades, our Sunday Schools have been the cornerstone of spiritual education for children in our community, fostering faith, values, and lifelong bonds. Whether through weekly classes, special events, or outreach programs, our mission remains the same: to guide young hearts toward CHRIST and help them grow as His disciples.
